By entering any competition operated by Empire Competitions UK, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Empire Competitions UK.
Empire Competitions UK reserves the right to determine when a competition is ready to be drawn. Competitions may close once sufficient entries have been received. Updates regarding upcoming draws may be communicated via email, the website, or official social media channels.
Once an entry has been purchased, it is non-refundable except where required by law or if a competition is cancelled by Empire Competitions UK.
By accepting a prize, winners agree that their first name, town/city and photographs or videos may be used by Empire Competitions UK for promotional purposes across its website and social media platforms.
Empire Competitions UK reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel any competition where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Empire Competitions UK accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries resulting from technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.
By entering a competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

_Empire Competitions UK — "Will You Be Next?" Start Small. Win Big._
Tickets may be purchased through our website at the price published on each competition page. All paid entries are subject to passing a free skill-based question.
You may enter any of our competitions free of charge by post. Postal entries receive the same chance of winning as paid entries and are entered into exactly the same draw. Full instructions and our postal address are published at [Free Postal Entry](/free-postal-entry).
Where an entry limit applies to a competition, it will be displayed on that competition's page. Postal and paid entries count toward the same limit per person.
Every competition displays a draw date. Online entries close at the time stated on the competition page. Postal entries must arrive at our address before the published closing date and time. Late, lost, or delayed postal entries cannot be accepted regardless of postage date.
Each valid entry — paid or postal — is allocated a unique ticket number for that competition. Ticket numbers are issued in the order entries are received and processed. Postal entries are added to the same ticket pool as paid entries. Paid and postal entrants are treated equally in every respect.
Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries after the competition closes, using a verifiable random selection process. Winners are contacted using the contact details provided at entry. We will attempt to contact winners by email, phone, and where applicable post. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw the prize.
Prizes are awarded as described on the relevant competition page. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and UK residency before the prize is released. Delivery arrangements vary by prize and will be confirmed with the winner directly. Cash alternatives are not offered unless explicitly stated.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable except where required by law, where a competition is cancelled by the promoter, or at the promoter's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Where a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method or as wallet credit.
We reserve the right to reject or void any entry that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicate beyond stated entry limits, made using false information, or otherwise in breach of these terms. We may also suspend or close accounts and refer matters to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
For a plain-English explanation of how every draw is run from close to prize delivery, see [How Our Draws Work](/how-draws-work).
All competitions run for a maximum of 30 days from the listed start date and time. The promotional draw will only take place once the minimum ticket threshold has been reached. If the minimum threshold is not reached within the 30 day window, Empire Competitions reserves the right to extend the competition duration with public notice, or cancel the competition and issue full refunds to all entrants. Entrants will be notified of any changes via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
